Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. each: chopped pimento, onion and green pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Let cheeses soften to room temperature. Cream them together until they are thoroughly mixed. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll into one or two balls or rolls. May be rolled in chopped pecans or parsley flakes. Store in refrigerator until ready to use (several hours). Serve with assorted crackers.
