Ingredients

  • 1 cup softasilk cake flour or 3/4 cup gold medal flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 cup cream whipped and sweetened
  • 2 to 3 banana's

Method

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line 15 1/2x10x1 pan with wax paper and greese. Beat eggs 5 minutes. Add sugar and beat on low speed blend in water and vanilla. Gradually add flour, powder and salt beating just until smooth. Pour into pan spreading to corners. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Invert on a towel sprinkled conf. sugar. Take off paper while hot, roll cake towel. Cool and cover with towel over it on a wire rack. Unroll cake. Spread cream and banana slices over it. Re-roll and refrigerate
