Ingredients
- 5 c. flour
- 15 oz. box Raisin Bran
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. white sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. salad oil
Method
- Combine the first 5 ingredients.
- Add eggs, buttermilk and salad oil.
- Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
- When ready for fresh muffins, fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
