Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (red or green)
- 1 can pineapple slices
Method
- Prepare Jell-O per instructions on package using 1/2 cup less water.
- Chill until slightly set.
- Open pineapple, removing all of can top.
- Rinse can and save.
- Drain pineapple well.
- Pour a small (2 tablespoons) Jell-O in can.
- Add a slice of pineapple, a little Jell-O, another slice, more Jell-O, etc., until can is full.
- Chill until firm.
- When ready to serve, run hot water over can to loosen Jell-O.
- Gently shake Jell-O onto plate, then cut between each slice of pineapple.
- Arrange on plate and serve.
