Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix jello as directed.
- Drain pineapple and blueberries and let set until jelled.
- After it has jelled, add the cream cheese (with the sugar dissolved in it), sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and nuts, if desired.
