Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water, mixed until Jell-O is dissolved
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries, thawed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream

Method

  • Mix altogether with the Jell-O.
  • Put half of the mixture into 2 bowls and put in the refrigerator until Jell-O is set, about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Take out of the refrigerator and spread the sour cream over the Jell-O mixture.
  • Add the rest of the mixture on top and return to fridge.
