Ingredients
- 1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. diced apple
- 1/4 c. diced celery
- dash of salt
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/4 c. walnuts
Method
- Mash cranberry sauce with fork and heat to boiling point.
- Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
- Add cold water and salt.
- Stir well.
- Pour into a clear dish or mold and chill until partly thickened, 30 minutes.
- Fold in remaining ingredients and chill until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
