Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. canned beet juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. grated onion (may substitute green onion)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped beets, canned
Method
- Put together in order given.
- Makes 6 individual molds or one mold, as desired.
