Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. apples (unpared), chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- salad greens (as desired)
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add cold water, lemon juice and salt.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except greens.
- Pour into 1-quart mold or an 8 x 8-inch pan, 2 inches thick.
- Chill until firm.
