Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Method
- Mix butter, sugar and eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into chilled, unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 325° until brown, for about 50 minutes.
- Use 3 eggs, more nuts, raisins and coconut for a larger pie.
