Ingredients
- 2 lb Flour
- 2 tsp Baking power
- 1 tsp Oil or ghee
Method
- Mix all the ingredients with enough water to make a soft and pliable dough
- Divide dough into small balls
- Roll out each ball into a flat circle
- Oil liberally and sprinkle with dry flour evenly over surface
- Fold by bringing together the flat dough into a smaller ball nd tuck it
- Let dough relax for about 1 hour
- Heat griddle or tawa
- When hot roll out roti round and thin then cook turning over and oiling both sides cook evenly
- When bubbles begin to show roti is done
- Take off and clap well.
- Yes u have to clap the roti.
- Serve hot or cold with cheese, curry , anything u want
