Ingredients
- 15 cm The white part of Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper (to serve)
Method
- Mix the chopped scallion, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt and sugar in a bowl.
- Garnish any dish with the sauce, and sprinkle some coarsely ground black pepper on top.
- It tastes better if the pepper is freshly ground.
