Ingredients

  • 16 oz. assorted macaroni
  • 1 lb. browned ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 c. sauteed green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sauteed onion
  • mushrooms as desired
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. each: garlic powder, oregano and basil

Method

  • Cook macaroni al dente.
  • Place cooked macaroni in casserole dish.
  • Combine ground beef, sauce, pepper, onion, mushrooms, pepperoni and spices.
  • Pour mixture into macaroni with 1/2 the cheeses and mix.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Refrigerate overnight or bake at 350°
  • for 30 minutes or microwave on Full power for 15 to 20 minutes.
