- 16 oz. assorted macaroni
- 1 lb. browned ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. sauteed green pepper
- 1/2 c. sauteed onion
- mushrooms as desired
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. each: garlic powder, oregano and basil
Method
- Cook macaroni al dente.
- Place cooked macaroni in casserole dish.
- Combine ground beef, sauce, pepper, onion, mushrooms, pepperoni and spices.
- Pour mixture into macaroni with 1/2 the cheeses and mix.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Refrigerate overnight or bake at 350°
- for 30 minutes or microwave on Full power for 15 to 20 minutes.
