Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • red pepper jelly

Method

  • Roll softened Velveeta into a ball; lay between 2 pieces of wax paper and spread it until it is about 1/2-inch thick.
  • Mix cream cheese with peppers and onions.
  • Spread on Velveeta. Roll cheese jelly roll fashion using wax paper. Press ends of cheese roll together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Spread chilled pepper jelly on top; slice and serve with wheat crackers.
