- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. quick cooking grits
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped and drained
- 3 shakes Tabasco sauce
Method
- Add grits gradually to water and salt, stirring until thick, about 5 minutes.
- Add margarine and cheese.
- Stir often over low heat until ready to be served.
