Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Sourdough Bread Bowl, Or Your Favorite Bread
  • 1/4 cups Pickled Jalapenos, Diced Small
  • 1/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut bread bowl horizontally into slices about 1/4" apart but don't cut all the way through-you want to keep the bread intact.
  • Then cut bread vertically in slices, about 1/4" apart; don't cut all the way through.
  • Stuff the slits with the jalapenos, pushing them towards the bottom of the bread. Then stuff the bread with the cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for about 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Serves 4.
