Ingredients
- 2 or 3 slabs Baby Back ribs
- Water and vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Salt
- Petter
Method
- Par boil ribs in water with about 3 TBS vinegar for 20 minutes.
- Remove from boiling water.
- Oil with Olive Oil
- rub generously with your favorite seasonings ie, sage, rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder.
- wrap in foil.
- Bake in 300f oven for at least 2 hours.
- Unwrap. Brown if desired. Not necessary.
- Serve and enjoy!
