Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 rib Ritz crackers, crushed
- salt and pepper
Method
- Save some oleo for top of casserole.
- Put butter, celery and onion in microwave until butter melts.
- Cook vegetables according to package.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain and mix everything together.
- Grease dish and add ingredients.
- Sprinkle Ritz crackers (crushed) and remaining oleo on top.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
