Ingredients
- 2 cans corn (1 whole kernel, 1 cream style)
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients well, draining the liquid off the whole kernel corn before adding it.
- Pour into a casserole and bake at 350°
- for 1 hour.
