Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Brown crumbled sausage; drain.
- Stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
- Put approximately 1/3 cup sausage mixture in middle of each noodle.
- Fold the ends of each noodle over the mixture in center.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon remaining sauce over noodles.
- Top with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
