Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Brown crumbled sausage; drain.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
  • Put approximately 1/3 cup sausage mixture in middle of each noodle.
  • Fold the ends of each noodle over the mixture in center.
  • Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Spoon remaining sauce over noodles.
  • Top with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
