Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Whisk vinegar with mustard, salt and pepper.
- Slowly add oil, stirring vigorously.
