Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 4 Tbsp. warm water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 4 c. flour

Method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Put flour in bowl (4 cups). Pour in all ingredients and mix.
  • Add approximately 3/4 cup of flour as you knead the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers.
  • Roll into two balls.
  • Put thin layer of oil over the dough balls.
  • Cover the dough and place in refrigerator until cold.
  • Roll dough out on pizza pan.
  • (Shaking some corn meal on the pan prevents the dough from sticking.)
