Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 4 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 c. flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Put flour in bowl (4 cups). Pour in all ingredients and mix.
- Add approximately 3/4 cup of flour as you knead the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers.
- Roll into two balls.
- Put thin layer of oil over the dough balls.
- Cover the dough and place in refrigerator until cold.
- Roll dough out on pizza pan.
- (Shaking some corn meal on the pan prevents the dough from sticking.)
