- 3 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. Italian dressing or S & W raspberry blush dressing
- 3 c. broccoli flowerets
- 3/4 c. red pepper pepper slices
- 1/2 c. red onion slices
- 1/2 c. pitted ripe olive slices
Method
- Cook pasta according to directions; drain.
- Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Refrigerate several hours.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
