Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. cream or canned milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. wine or liquor
- 2 c. flour
Method
- Beat yolks, salt, sugar, cream and liquor.
- Add flour; knead dough until ready to roll out (let stand for 1/2 hour).
- Add a little flour if needed to knead.
