Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sauerkraut
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 chopped hard-boiled egg
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
Method
- Drain sauerkraut and squeeze dry.
- Mix all ingredients (except cream cheese).
- Shape into loaf or ball.
- Chill overnight.
