Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 5 eggs
- 1 stick pepperoni, sliced
- 1 small Mozzarella, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. Parmigiana cheese
- salt and pepper (optional)
- 2 frozen pie shells
Method
- In large bowl, mix eggs, sliced pepperoni, Mozzarella (cut up), cheese, salt and pepper (optional).
- Pour mixture into pie shells and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
- Cool before serving.
