Ingredients
- 1 can peas, drained
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. diced onion
- 1/4 c. diced sweet pickle
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 3/4 to 1 c. salad dressing, thinned with some of the pea juice or milk
- season with salt, pepper and paprika
Method
- Mix all the ingredients, except the salad dressing, lightly. Stir in diluted salad dressing.
- Chill before serving.
- Serves 10.
