Ingredients
- 3 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 2 2/3 c. instant potato flakes
Method
- In a saucepan, bring water, butter and salt to a boil.
- Add milk, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder and minced onion. Stir in potato flakes.
- Spoon into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
