Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Karo light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 c. or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Golden Grahams cereal
- 3 c. mini marshmallows
Method
- Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Heat corn syrup. margarine and chocolate morsels just to boiling in 3-quart saucepan, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour over cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss quickly until covered.
- Fold in marshmallows one cup at a time.
- Press evenly in pan with buttered back of a spoon.
- Let stand until firm, at least 1 hour.
