Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Karo light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 c. or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Golden Grahams cereal
  • 3 c. mini marshmallows

Method

  • Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  • Heat corn syrup. margarine and chocolate morsels just to boiling in 3-quart saucepan, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour over cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss quickly until covered.
  • Fold in marshmallows one cup at a time.
  • Press evenly in pan with buttered back of a spoon.
  • Let stand until firm, at least 1 hour.
