- 1 oz. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- dash ground nutmeg
- 1 large fresh apple, peeled, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 vanilla wafers, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Almonds
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Method
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Mix Neufchatel, sugar and spices in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in apples.
- Spoon into 2 custard cups sprayed with cooking spray; place in shallow pan.
- Mix wafer crumbs, nuts and butter; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
