Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
Method
- Grease 10 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
- Beat all ingredients in blender on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
- If you don't have a blender, use a mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes.
