Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice

Method

  • Grease 10 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
  • Beat all ingredients in blender on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
  • If you don't have a blender, use a mixer on medium speed about 2 minutes.
