Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or processed American cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 400°.
- Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.
- Brown beef and onion; drain.
- Stir in salt and pepper.
- Spread in pie plate.
- Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute on high with hand mixer.
- Pour over meat mixture in pie plate.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cool 5 minutes.
- Cut into 6 to 8 servings.
