Ingredients
- 10 tbs salt
- 12 oz sugar
- 5 tbs crushed red pepper
- 10 tbs black petter
- 2 1/2 cups porcini dust
- 2 1/2 cups blended oil
Method
- blend all ingredients together
- you may freeze to store
- when ready, rub generously on fine cuts of beef 12 - 24 hours in advance
- cook as you normally would
