Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 bar (4 oz.) sweet cooking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease pie plate.
- Beat all ingredients, except nuts, until smooth for 2 minutes in blender on high.
- Pour into pie plate, sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
