Ingredients
- 5 med. baking potatoes, scrubbed and unpeeled
- 4 TBSP. melted butter or vegetable oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Method
- Slice potatoes 1/8 in. to 1/16 in. thickness, and place in ice water.
- Drain.
- Pat dry with paper towel.
- Pour melted butter or oil on lrg. baking sheet.
- Add potato slices to pan, turning to coat.
- Season with Italian seasoning or your choice of flavors. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes or until tender.
