Ingredients
- cookies (any flavor, not filled or sandwich)
- ice cream (any flavor)
Method
- Place small scoop of ice cream on one cookie and top with another cookie.
- Continue until you are finished.
- Work in small batches and quickly.
- Place the filled cookies on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
- Cover and freeze until set.
- (If making large amounts, turn the freezer setting up.)
- May be individually wrapped after set.
