Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. milk
- Cool Whip
Method
- Make yellow cake according to directions.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- (Can also use 15 x 10-inch pan).
- While cake is baking, mix cream cheese until smooth.
- Add vanilla pudding and milk.
- Beat at medium speed until thickened.
- Spread on cooled cake.
- Next, spread on well drained crushed pineapple. Refrigerate.
