Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3 cups long grain rice, cooked
  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

Method

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is np longer pink.
  • Stir in the rice, broccoli and cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer to a greased 9 X13- inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake.
  • uncovered, at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until heated through.
