Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 cups long grain rice, cooked
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the meat is np longer pink.
- Stir in the rice, broccoli and cheddar cheese.
- Transfer to a greased 9 X13- inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake.
- uncovered, at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until heated through.
