Ingredients
- 40 Ritz crackers
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 2 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- Crush crackers into crumbs.
- Mix with oleo.
- Make a crust in 9 x 13-inch pan (save a few crumbs for later).
- In mixing bowl combine puddings and milk; blend well, then add ice cream.
- Should be soft, but not soupy.
- Blend well with pudding, then pour over crust.
- Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and refrigerate.
