Ingredients
- 2 Oreo cookie pie shells
- 1/2 gal. French vanilla ice cream
- 1 jar chocolate fudge topping
- 1 jar caramel or butterscotch topping
Method
- Melt 1/2 of vanilla ice cream.
- Fill pie shells half full of ice cream; freeze.
- When frozen, drizzle caramel and chocolate fudge on pie.
- Fill pie up to top with other half of melted ice cream; freeze.
- Decorate with fudge and/or caramel as desired. You can also add chocolate chips, walnuts, peanuts, etc.
