Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 small cream cheese
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- pepper to taste
- 6 green onions
Method
- Brown meat; drain.
- Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic and sugar.
- Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
- Prepare 8 ounce package of egg noodles as directed.
- Mix together green onions, sour cream and cream cheese.
- Grease a casserole dish.
- Add 1/2 noodles; spread 1/2 meat on noodles, then 1/2 cream cheese mixture. Repeat.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
