Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- garlic to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (5 to 8 oz.) bag small noodles
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Add seasonings and tomato sauce; cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Mix sour cream and cream cheese together.
- In a 2-quart baking dish, put layers of noodles, meat sauce, sour cream mixture and grated cheese, ending with grated cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Serves 6 to 8.
