Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions (and tops)
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Cut eggs in halves lengthwise.
- Remove and mash yolks.
- Add onions, mayonnaise, cheese and mustard.
- Mix well.
- Refill egg whites, using about 1 tablespoon of the mixture for each egg half. Refrigerate eggs until chilled.
- Makes 12 deviled halves.
