Ingredients
- 2 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooked rice
- condiments: shredded coconut, chopped pecans, crisp bacon bits, raisins, crystallized ginger
Method
- In
- top
- of double boiler, saute onion and curry powder in butter
- until
- onion
- is
- soft.
- Add other ingredients and simmer until heated through.
- Serve over rice with condiments.
