Ingredients

  • 8 lb. meat, veal and pork or pork alone, cut in 1-inch squares, browned and salted
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 3 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 small can pimiento or 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 4 cans kernel corn
  • 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 cans chicken rice soup
  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained

Method

  • After meat is browned, add onions and peppers.
  • Add a little water and simmer a few minutes; add rest of the ingredients and simmer until hot.
  • Serves about 40 people.
