Ingredients
- 8 lb. meat, veal and pork or pork alone, cut in 1-inch squares, browned and salted
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 green peppers, chopped
- 1 small can pimiento or 1 red pepper, chopped
- 4 cans kernel corn
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 cans chicken rice soup
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
Method
- After meat is browned, add onions and peppers.
- Add a little water and simmer a few minutes; add rest of the ingredients and simmer until hot.
- Serves about 40 people.
