Ingredients
- 1/3 c. lite soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
- 1/3 tsp. white pepper (optional)
Method
- Brush fish or chicken filet with sauce.
- Broil 4 to 6 minutes.
