Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. broad egg noodles
Method
- In large saucepan, heat oil and brown beef.
- Add dry soup mix and paprika, blended with tomatoes.
- Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours, or until beef is tender.
- Stir in flour and salt blended with water.
- Bring to boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
