Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 lb wide egg noodles
- 24 oz cottage cheese
Method
- if your not a fan of cottage cheese don't worry, it doesn't taste like it, it's like gourmet mac and cheese with bacon
- cut bacon against grain to make small bite size bacon pieces
- in large pot boil water and cook noodles per package direction, drain water
- fry bacon, stirring often till crispy.
- drain 80% of grease (save 20% of grease to add to noodles)
- add everything together including the 20% grease, stir well
- salt if need.
