Ingredients
- 20 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 c. tahini
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
Method
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and process until fine.
- Serve with wedges of pita bread and finely sliced red onion.
- Garnish with black olives, parsley or fresh ground black pepper if desired.
