Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt (garlic)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- In a food processor, puree the beans with the spices, adding water to thin.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with toasted pita bread.
